Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses a platform run on Wick, operated by Wick Entertainment: operators, creators, affiliates and subscribers. It sits alongside our Terms of Service. If something is not allowed here, it is not allowed on any Wick-powered platform, whatever that platform's own rules say.

1. Adults only

Every user and every creator must be 18 or over, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher. Creators are identity and age verified before they can publish or earn.

2. Consent and verification

Everyone who appears in content must be an adult who has consented to being recorded and to the content being published. Creators must hold that consent for anyone else who appears in their content and provide it on request.

3. Prohibited content

  • Any content that involves, depicts or sexualises minors, or appears to. We have zero tolerance and report it to the relevant authorities.
  • Non-consensual content, including hidden-camera, leaked or "revenge" material.
  • Sexual or intimate depictions of a real person, including AI-generated or altered images, made without that person's consent.
  • Bestiality, incest, and content depicting sexual violence or extreme harm.
  • Offers of in-person sexual services, escorting or anything connected to trafficking.
  • Content promoting terrorism, hate or violence against people or groups.
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.

4. AI creators and AI content

AI personas must be clearly adult, must not resemble a real person without that person's consent, and must follow every rule in this policy as if they were human creators.

5. Prohibited conduct

  • Fraud, impersonation, or using stolen payment details.
  • Chargeback abuse, money laundering, or moving payments off the platform to avoid its billing.
  • Spam, malware, scraping, or attempts to break or overload the service.
  • Harassing, threatening or doxxing other users or creators.

6. Traffic and affiliates

Affiliates and operators must promote their platforms honestly and lawfully. Not allowed: spam, misleading or deceptive ads, fake or incentivised traffic, cookie stuffing, and any promotion that breaks the rules of the channel it runs on. Tell us your traffic sources when you apply and we will confirm them before you start.

7. Enforcement

If we find a breach, we may remove content, suspend or close accounts, withhold payouts connected to the breach, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Serious breaches, including anything involving minors or non-consent, lead to immediate removal without warning.

8. Reporting a concern

To report content or behaviour that breaks this policy, email support@wickent.com with a link and a short description. Reports are reviewed promptly and kept confidential.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the law and our service change. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
